Ups and downs of the past week.

My dear husband canned peach preserves last week. I'm thinking I probably shouldn't be publicizing this, for fear that hordes of women will come searching out this man who makes yummy preserves and decadent chocolates. I am a lucky girl, that is for sure.

In other news, Lil has a new friend, a giraffe that Corey has dubbed "Jake", because, if Lily named him, his name would be "aaaaaagoooo" and Jake just seemed to fit better.

Just a random shot of nakie time. Got to air all of your parts out once and awhile.

Lily has officially gotten her first cold. Saturday night she started to get a little congested and letting out pitiful little coughs. It is so hard to see her under the weather. She still puts on a smile but you can tell she feels icky. She slept a whole lot today, so hopefully that will help speed her recovery.

Sorry Lily is sick, :( the first few times it is hard, then you get so used to it. The one upside, is more snuggle time, although it is germ infested snuggle time! Brenna's been sick since Sat. I think she's better today.

And yes we both have awesome hubbies. Jeremy canned green beans on Sunday, I offered, but he said no, he wanted to do it. We soo have it made!! (High-five, hip-bump, wink, shooter finger)

I'm so sorry she isn't feeling well. I remember that first cold, it makes you feel so helpless. Just give her lots of extra cuddles.

You better keep that hubby of yours under lock and key, I can hear the women coming already! lol

Starting with the warm glow of the peaches, to orange Jake and the warmth that shines from all the photos of you and your family.
